Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Start date**: September 2023
**Duration**: 12-18 months
**Academic requirements**:Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences

**Your field of responsibility**
You work closely with experienced investment teams and portfolio managers for sophisticated outcome driven and income generating multi-asset class funds and are an integral part of the portfolio management team. You participate in the risk analysis and monitoring process of global fund portfolios. Conducting investment research, fund selection and closely following the financial markets is also part of the job. You support distribution for pitching, explaining the investment philosophy and after sales activities.

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Switzerland
- An enthusiasm for financial markets and a strong interest in investment management
- The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a technological, solution-focused mindset
- Fluent German, English and ideally solid working knowledge of French
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and/or other software tools
- A highly motivated, flexible can-do attitude and are a team player
- A client-focused approach and are a dedicated, self-motivated, trustworthy teammate
- A willingness to take on responsibility and work independently
