Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**:Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
We are seeking a junior Sales Manager/Business Analyst who is eager to learn and develop investment expertise in the wealth management space in a B2B context. As part of the Sales Management & Portfolio Solutions team you will be responsible for coverage of current investment topics catering to External Asset Managers, run data analysis and support in the preparation and implementation of sales campaigns and content delivery. You will also liaise with experts across the bank to bring the organization’s investment know-how in a holistic way to the client and curate it in relevant client presentation material. Your affinity for data analytics allows to support on bringing sales management capabilities to the next level

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in economics or finance
- The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a technological, solution-focused mindset
- A confident, ambitious outlook and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A willingness to cooperate collaboratively and also to work independently on your own initiative
- Strong communication skills, fluent English and a solid working knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
- Demonstrated you are an independent thinker and self-starter willing to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
- A commitment to service alongside effective communication skills and a keen attention to details
