Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**:Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
Join us for a career starter product manager opportunity to help drive delivery and execute strategy in the WM Product Distribution Platform team. You will partner closely with various stakeholders across the bank to shape and prioritize business demands: Designing cutting-edge systems and processes for Credit Suisse’s suite of product, advisory and direct-to-client services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and the successful delivery of these scalable solutions, which will propel the Wealth Management and Private Bank to the next level in service and innovation. - A university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, math, engineering, economics or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different levels of the organization
- An ability to work as part of a team, as well as be pro-active and exercise independent judgement in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of financial instruments, investment products or securities and experience with Agile methodologies and standards preferred
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
