Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Duration**: 12-18 months
**Academic requirements**: Recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
You will face a challenging, multi-faceted role in a pivotal team of dedicated SMEs/Specialists in Asset Servicing, a growth area of the bank. You will be given the opportunity to be closely involved in running and shaping our state-of-the-art Investment Analytics Platform, which we use to provide insight and performance, risk, and allocation reporting of investment management decisions. Moreover, you have the chance to serve some of the bank’s most demanding and sophisticated clients in Switzerland and internationally. In this role you can rapidly expand your knowledge and contribute significantly to:
- initial setup of new clients on the platform, build custom-tailored solutions, and problem-solve any upcoming issues so that our clients receive timely and correct analyses of performance and risk figures
- specify and test improvements to the platform, including efficiency measures
- direct impact the content that our clients receive

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Banking and Finance

- Fluent in English and a solid working knowledge of German
- A highly motivated, flexible can-do attitude and are a team player
