Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**:Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
Join us in a challenging role within Investment Consulting for Northern and Western Europe and become part of a team of seasoned market specialists who advise some of our firm’s most sophisticated and demanding clients across asset classes and geographies. You will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the CS investment advisory and discretionary offerings for HNW and UHNW client bases. You will support Investment Consultants, Client Portfolio Managers, and Relationship Managers, perform a variety of tasks in the areas of investment management, research, proposal preparation, sales management, regulatory compliance, etc., and actively collaborate in the daily tasks of being engaged in risk monitoring, portfolio optimization, sales, and client interactions.

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering
- An enthusiasm for investment management and see yourself in a client facing investment advisory role in the long term
- The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a technological, solution-focused mindset
- A client-focused approach and are a dedicated, self-motivated, trustworthy teammate
- A confident, ambitious outlook and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Fluent German and a solid working knowledge of French or Italian or Spanish also a plus
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
