Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
As part of the Business Management & Risk Reporting team, you will support the senior management of CRO and CCO SB & CS CH AG in the preparation of reports, documents and presentations for ad-hoc and recurring management committees and other meetings of strategic relevance. You respond to various ad-hoc senior management requests and support the decision-making process by providing sound analysis and reviews. You contribute to risk reporting, initiatives and projects relating to the strategic, organizational and operational development of the business with the opportunity to gradually increase responsibility. In this results-oriented role, you will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and to incur responsibility as project manager by driving Risk related projects.

**Your qualifications and skills**
Do you have the skills below?
- Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Banking & Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- First Experience in Business or Project Management roles and running supportive tasks like writing meeting minutes, presentations, preparing workshops, in an efficient manner
- Interest in participating in projects and initiatives
- A passion for gathering complex information from several stakeholders and preparing highly important senior management presentations
- A self-starter and fast learner who is flexible and able to thrive in a fast changing environment where tasks and priorities may vary from day to day
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to develop holistic results
- Fluency in English and German is a plus
- Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
