Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
- As part of our Business Area (BA) Swiss Bank Chief Operating Officer & Business Risk Management (SB COO & BRM) you will join the Service Level Agreement & Third-Party Risk Management (SLA & TPR Mgmt) team.
- You will have the opportunity to ensure that we have appropriate SLAs in place, ascertain quality and control for all services provided by SB COO & BRM to receivers in other BAs of SB Division and other Divisions of Credit Suisse Group.
- In close collaboration with SB Finance and Intra Group Service Management (IGSM) teams you will support to perform periodic reviews to assure adherence to internal policies and/ or regulatory requirements.
- Furthermore, you will be part of the competence center within SB Division to effectively and efficiently support senior stakeholders to follow TPR as well as Contract and Vendor Management governance and processes defined in corresponding frameworks. Global initiatives intended to implement changes requested by regulators, internal/ external audit and other stakeholders within the bank will be supported from your side by bringing in SB’s views and opinions.
- Moreover, you will ensure that monthly, quarterly and semiannual reporting requirements are met, results are presented to stakeholders and have the possibility to support selected financial initiatives or projects.
- Finally, we offer you the opportunity to gain insights in managing cost of our, financial forecasting as well as financial and resource planning by collaborating with key groups along respective processes and procedures.

**Your qualifications and skills**

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration or Finance
- First professional experience within a leading Financial Institution in a Business or Financial Management function
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured way of working combined with result orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good attention to detail but also sound pragmatism
- Team player with strong commitment and can-do attitude, an open and proactive person with a hands-on mentality
- A highly self-motivated person with a precise working approach and strong dedication to timely delivery you achieve supreme standards in both, quantity and quality
- Strong PC skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams) and preferably Hyperion Essbase knowledge
- Fluent English and German
