Unser Career Start Programm ermöglicht einer jungen, dynamischen Person den Einstieg in den Bereich Corporate Finance mit Fokussierung auf Debt Advisory. Innerhalb von 12 Monaten erlernen Sie anhand verschiedener Kundenprojekte das
Analysieren und Aufsetzen von massgeschneiderten Finanzierungslösungen. Durch die Bearbeitung von verschiedenen und schweizweiten Kundenprojekten bauen Sie Ihr Fachwissen kontinuierlich auf. Nach dem Abschluss des Trainee
Programm ist eine Festanstellung angedacht.
Seit der Gründung im Jahr 2018 fokussiert sich Corefinanz auf das Analysieren, Optimieren und Platzieren von
Fremdfinanzierungen. Unsere Kunden sind Immobilienkonzerne, öffentlich-rechtliche und öffentlich-rechtlich nahe
Organisationen, mittelständische Unternehmen, Anlagestiftungen und Fonds sowie Wohnbaugenossenschaften. Bis heute konnten wir für unsere Kunden CHF 3.5 Milliarden Fremdkapital optimieren und am Markt platzieren. Das interdisziplinäre besteht aus ehemaligen Bankern, Treasury Spezialisten, Sales Spezialisten und IT-Fachleuten. Das übergreifende Wissen ermöglicht uns die nötige Kreativität in unseren Projekten zu erlangen und eine überdurchschnittliche Performance für unsere Kunden zu erzielen.
Folgende Fähigkeiten ermöglichen Ihnen den nächsten Schritt in Ihrer Karriere
- Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Bachelor, eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewertung, Treuhänder mit
Fachausweis oder ähnliches)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz
- (Audit, Treuhand, Corporate Finance) oder Immobilienbereich von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von Bilanzen, Erfolgs
- und Geldflussrechnungen
- Zahlenflair, analytisches Denkvermögen und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Deutsche Muttersprache
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint
Welche Aufgaben Sie erwarten können:
- Vorbereitung von Terminen und aktive Teilnahme
- Analysen von Finanzierungsstrukturen
- Modellieren von Kapitalbedarf und Zinsabsicherungsstrategien
- Übernahme von ersten kleineren Projekten (geführt von einem Consultant)
- Regelmässiger Austausch mit Kunden und Kapitalgebern (Aufbau Beziehungsnetzwerk)
- Besuche beim Kunden vor Ort
- Aktive Anwendung von Bloomberg, Excel und PowerPoint
