The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Duration**: 12-18 months
**Academic requirements**: Recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
Join us as a Risk Management Reporter performing a variety of tasks in the areas of WM Risk Reporting and Business Management with the opportunity to contribute to special projects. Your responsibilities include coordinating the Wealth Management Risk Report, ensuring timely input submissions as well as proofreading, editing and challenging content submitted by Subject Matter Experts. You will gain in-depth insights into strategic risk topics which are at the top of the Senior Management agenda both for the Risk Function and the WM Division. Enjoy exposure and expand your network by collaborating with different risk (e.g. Credit Risk, Market Risk, Reputational Risk, Fiduciary Risk, etc.) and risk-related areas (e.g. Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance and Regulatory, General Counsel, IT, Operations, etc.). In addition, you will have the chance to contribute to the Senior Social Media Initiative and other content creation platforms.
