Unser Career-Start-Programm bietet eine ideale Plattform für Hochschulabsolventinnen und absolventen, die das Leben mitten in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche erleben möchten. Du beginnst deinen Haupteinsatz in deinem Unternehmensbereich und wechselst für 4-6 Monate in ein anderes Departement, damit du verschiedene Positionen erleben, Einblicke in ein breites Spektrum an Aufgaben gewinnen, neue Fähigkeiten aufbauen und wichtige Netzwerke in der gesamten Bank entwickeln kannst. Das Programm bietet eine Mischung aus praktischer Erfahrung, Shadowing Days, strukturiertem On
- und Off-the-Job-Training, spannenden Herausforderungen und Beurteilungen. Du profitierst von der Möglichkeit, nach deinem Career-Start-Programm nahtlos in eine spannende Junior-Position zu wechseln.

**Dein Aufgabenbereich**
- Verantwortungsvolle Funktion innerhalb des Risk Advisory & Data Protection Teams im Bereich COO der Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG
- Verantwortung für die Identifikation und Einschätzung von operationellen Risiken im Zusammenhang mit dem Datenschutz inkl. Analyse und Abwicklung
- Möglichkeit, einen aktiven Beitrag in wichtigen Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen mit hoher Management Attention zu leisten
- Zusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen Schnittstellen und Geschäftseinheiten über Divisionen hinweg
- Chance, eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld wahrzunehmen und sich mit vielseitigen Themenfeldern zu beschäftigen

**Deine Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen**

Bist du die ideale Besetzung für diese Rolle im Departement COO & BRM? Du kannst uns jetzt zeigen, dass deine Kompetenzen, Erfahrungen und Merkmale genau das sind, wonach wir suchen. Zeige uns, dass du:

- kürzlich ein Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Banking & Finance oder Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen hast.
- über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse verfügst.
- Vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Risk Management, Compliance und/oder in einer frontnahen Funktion mitbringst.
- Versiert in der Anwendung der MS Office Palette bist.
- Über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe verfügst.
- Sicherheit in der Kommunikation mit allen Unternehmensebenen sowie Verhandlungsgeschick im Vertreten des Standpunkts der Fachstelle mitbringst.
- Ein Teamplayer mit einer qualitätsbewussten Herangehensweise und einem lösungsorientierten und strukturierten Ansatz bist.
