Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Your field of responsibility**
A very exciting role in which you have the chance to contribute to the preparation of high-quality analysis to further increase transparency focusing on Swiss Banks real estate and market data topics, as well as related capital expenditures. In this role you will also support the Finance Business Partner team and will gain an in-depth insight into the controlling function for all Support Business Areas of the Swiss Bank, like: COO & Business Risk Management, Products & Strategy, Marketing, or the Finance area. These areas are at the core of the Swiss Bank managing our banking products and services, shaping the bank’s strategy, business risk management or providing state of the art Finance services and seamless processes for our Bank. You will perform a variety of tasks with own responsibilities, closely interact with the management on various levels, review processes, perform financial reports, develop proposals for improvements, prepare meaningful documents and presentations to enable (divisional) management in making sound decisions. Overall, this position is excellently suited to develop a combination of financial and analytical skills and gain in deep knowledge into how the Bank is operating. In this role you have also excellent opportunity to develop a network across the whole firm and the broader Finance Switzerland community.

You will become member of a successful, dynamic and international team embedded in the Finance Switzerland - Expense Management & Internal Finance Control department. - Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences with a strong academic record
- Excellent skills in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus

- You are a structured and independent person with a high level of focus on service and prefer the analytical part of a project and proactively meet challenges
