Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Academic requirements**:Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
In the division of Swiss Retail and Business Clients, you will work in the Advisory & Sales department on developing and maintaining the client product & service offering. For our online channel “CSX” as well as for all physical CS branches and the call center teams in Switzerland, you will strategically plan new and review existing products, define pricing, and work with product providers within and outside of Credit Suisse on implementing changes. Sustainability, changing consumer habits, and new technologies will be key topics in your daily work. Additionally, you will act as a junior project manager supporting the Advisory & Sales department for targeted strategic initiatives that fit your profile and development path.

- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a business, technical or related field
- Demonstrated interest and experience with retail clients within and/or outside of the financial services industry and, ideally, knowledge of managing digital businesses in Switzerland
- A passion for sustainability, new technologies, or other topics that are fundamentally changing today’s banking industry
- The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a solution-focused mindset
- A willingness to work collaboratively with stakeholders with many different backgrounds, but also to drive your own initiatives independently when needed
- Enthusiasm for understanding and designing the next generation banking products and seeing yourself in a product management or client facing role in the long term
- Exceptional organizational skills and a precise, efficient approach to your work
- Fluency in English and a solid working knowledge of German and/or French
- An understanding of the value of diversity in the workplace and dedication to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
