Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

**Duration**: 12-18 months
**Academic requirements**: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**

As a member of the Business Management & Steering team, you will support one of the most profitable BAs within the Global Wealth Management Division, focusing on international core HNW clients. On a daily basis, you will:
- Be instrumental to support ongoing and ad-hoc requests from central business management, senior management, front staff and functional partners
- Be involved in the conceptual development and execution of projects and key initiatives, preparation of reporting to senior management, support in follow-up actions and tracking
- Steer our profitability through analysis of our financial results, pricing optimization measures and diligent cost management
From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

**Your qualifications and skills**
Show us what you offer in this key role within the IWM PBI Business Management & Steering Team. Demonstrate how your skills, experience and attributes match the required responsibilities and opportunities of this position. You have:
- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in in business, economics, finance or similar education
- Drive and energy to generate creative solutions for complex problems; excellent analytical-conceptual skills combined with outstanding story-lining capabilities
- A positive personality with can-do attitude, who enjoys delivering high quality work and going the extra-mile by taking own initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills and a precise, efficient approach to your work and can take last-minute schedule changes in your stride
- Strong interpersonal skills and affinity to stakeholder management topics as must, you are comfortable working with people at all levels in the organization
- Good communication skills, verbal and written in English, another language is a plus
