Business Development Liaison

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to propel our identity verification solutions forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Convert Opportunities: Discover, pursue, and successfully convert high-value business opportunities to expand our client base and exceed growth targets.
- Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients in sectors like fintech, banking, and law enforcement.
- Market Research and Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities for business development.
- Lead Client Engagements: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal presentation to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and deliver seamless service.
- Establish Thought Leadership: Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and credibility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, compliance, RegTech, or identity verification industries.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex sales cycles, with strong expertise in driving growth for both existing and new products across established and emerging markets.
- Customer-Focused: Skilled at identifying customer pain points and articulating value through solutions that address these needs.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build meaningful relationships with customers.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with sales-related software.
- Language Skills: Higher education in a relevant field, with fluent English and business-level German. Further languages at a conversational or intermediate level are beneficial.
