About the RoleIn this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for expanding our crypto derivatives business through acquiring clients, developing existing ones, and serving as a subject matter expert on derivatives in the Sales and Business Development team.
You will target Banks, Asset Managers, High Net Worth individuals, Hedge Funds, and potential partners in line with approved jurisdictions of SEBA Bank.
Your goal will be to secure B2B collaborations and crypto derivatives product sales by executing a targeted sales strategy tailored to the crypto derivatives market.
Main Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively expand the Bank's crypto derivatives business by acquiring new clients and developing existing relationships.
- Relationship Management & Networking: Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new ones by identifying and engaging prospects.
- Market and Product Development: Monitor external developments in the local and global crypto derivatives market, identify opportunities, and translate them into new products.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of derivatives, preferably crypto or FX derivatives, including pricing, risks, and settlements.
- The ability to analyze crypto options market data and trends and engage with clients effectively.
- Experience with crypto as an asset class and focus on crypto derivatives (OTC options in particular).
- A strong network in the derivatives crypto space, including exchanges, professional investors, and family offices.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably banking.
- Strong sales skills and experience.
This is a full-time employee position based in Zug, Switzerland. The estimated salary for this role is approximately CHF 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
