Business Development Representative for National Accounts

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Zug, Switzerland. This role will be responsible for driving commercial success through key account management, sales, and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan, manage, and control sales and profit targets for allocated customer portfolio
  • Analyze market environment and develop customer potential aligned with Kenvue strategy
  • Foster E-Com & New Business growth by identifying and integrating new customers
  • Take full P&L responsibility for allocated customer portfolio, deliver against quarterly customer targets, and optimize trade spends
  • Conduct annual negotiations and lead planning of customer budget for national key accounts
  • Cross-functionally coordinate with stakeholders from Marketing, Customer Activation, Supply Chain, and Controlling to ensure holistic customer support

Qualifications:

  • University degree in business or similar field
  • Average 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in Key Account Management
  • Goal-oriented approach, ability to work under pressure, and high level of personal responsibility
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Driving license B
