About the Role

As an EMEA Business Development Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the development of commercial action plans and execute projects based on the brand plan to achieve business goals.
  • Contribute proactively to cross-functional core brand team meetings, ensuring the deployment of commercial tactical plans in close collaboration with other teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, including agency relationships, contracting of third parties, and leading Veeva review processes.
  • Lead impactful market insight generation projects with an innovative Omnichannel approach.
  • Oversee EMEA commercial projects, campaigns, and congress presences.
  • Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to drive competitive advantage.
  • Provide marketing expertise, market insights, and customer needs to the core brand team.
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS PLAN FOR EMEA.
  • Accountable for EMEA collaborate call meetings with countries and functional networks.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and uphold the companies values.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience and location)
