  • Maintain accurate project plans, tracking progress from inception to delivery.
  • Lead large-scale cross-functional deliverables, fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Negotiate project requirements and deliverables with product management, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
  • Make critical design decisions impacting project outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, product management, and engineering peers to drive exceptional teamwork and offer development.
  • Drive product development and deliver results in an aggressive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, operations, or management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience on Microsoft platforms.
  • Extensive experience using project management software like MS Project.
  • In-depth experience in RDBMS administration, programming, and support, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Deep knowledge of leading software development teams to build .Net Windows applications.
  • Thorough understanding of relational database techniques and models.
  • Experience designing, modeling, developing, and supporting large RDBMSs.
  • Delivering reports, dashboards, etc., using BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Knowledge of project management processes for overseeing database development and operations.
  • Previous experience leading globally distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
  • High-level analytical capabilities applied to complex work programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present offerings to customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to dive into architectural and technical discussions.
  • Strong Agile skills and a proven track record for product delivery.
  • Knowledge of various DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD.
