About Our Client
ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled Firmware Architect / Senior Firmware Engineer to join the platform development team at Landis+Gyr. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to contribute to the future of electricity metering portfolio.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of the platform team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative firmware solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working in an open and innovative environment with complex needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop modern state-of-the-art tools and processes
- Developing firmware solutions that drive business growth and sustainability
- Leveraging your expertise to help shape the future of the Landis+Gyr electricity metering portfolio
Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (FH/ETH) and 7+ years of experience in developing mass-produced embedded devices. You should also have extensive practical experience in object-oriented embedded software development (C++) utilizing an RTOS (ThreadX, embOS). Additionally, you should have a good understanding of software design patterns and agile development methods. Good communication skills in English are essential, with German language skills being desirable.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
