About the Role

In this position as Software Engineering Manager, AI, you will drive the delivery of high-impact features for customer-facing applications.

About You

You're a great fit for this role if your background includes:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, with a master's or PhD preferred.
  • At least 7 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of managing agile teams.
  • Experience leading technical development in a cross-functional setting, with expertise in ML applications.
  • A portfolio showcasing significant contributions to technology innovation.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale rollouts and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Proficiency in robust Python development, MLOps, containerization, cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), advanced search and recommendation technology, and microservices architecture.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
