Key Account Manager for E-Commerce Growth

Kenvue is a leading healthcare company that has been improving people's lives for over a century. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet the needs of our key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and develop customer potential aligned with Kenvue's strategy
  • Manage and control sales and profit targets for allocated customer portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities and integrate them into existing customer relationships
  • Conduct negotiations and plan customer budgets for national key accounts
  • Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders from Marketing, Customer Activation, Supply Chain, and Controlling

Qualifications

  • University degree in business or a related field
  • Average of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in Key Account Management
  • Goal-oriented approach and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PPT
  • Fluent in German and English
