We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our innovative identity verification solutions across various industries, including fintech, banking, and law enforcement.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and convert high-value opportunities to expand our client base and exceed growth targets.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients in sectors like fintech, banking, and law enforcement.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities for business development.
  • Lead Client Engagements: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal presentation to negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and provide seamless service.
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and credibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS, compliance, RegTech, or identity verification industries.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex sales cycles, with strong expertise in driving growth for both existing and new products across established and emerging markets.
  • Customer-Centric: Skilled at identifying customer pain points and articulating value through solutions that address these needs.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build relations with customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with sales-related software.
  • Education & Language Skills: Higher education in a relevant field, with fluent English and business-level German. Further languages at a conversational or intermediate level are beneficial.
