A challenging role for a Strategic Financial Director in the nutraceutical industry has become available. As part of NonStop Consulting AG, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and strategy across a global division with significant revenue.

The Role
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver detailed financial insights on division performance, profitability, and growth potential.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting to align financial targets with company goals.
  • Margin Optimization: Work closely with manufacturing finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and effective margin management.
  • Product Line Analysis: Monitor revenue and margin trends, identifying key performance drivers and proposing solutions to maximize profitability.
  • Financial Modeling & Pricing Strategy: Conduct financial modeling to support pricing, new business opportunities, product launches, and cost-saving initiatives.

Ideal Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar controlling role, ideally within nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling. Experience with tools like Excel, PowerQuery, and PowerBI, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP).
