Randstad - Medium prio is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Director to support our clients in Zug. This role will be measured based on total value creation: financial performance, quality, service, and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the procurement vision by shaping supplier solutions that transform healthcare
  • Sourcing: Execute category strategies and activities in collaboration with key stakeholders to reduce total costs of externally purchased materials, goods, and services while improving levels of quality, service, and value to the business
  • Change Management: Work with cross-functional teams to efficiently manage supplier changes, ensuring supply reliability and continuity
  • Contracting: Systematically and efficiently manage contract creation, approval, administration, and compliance to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk
  • Business Engagement: Manage the needs and expectations of the business to drive satisfaction while ensuring compliance to procurement standards and alignment with procurement strategies
  • Procurement Strategy & Enablement: Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Procurement function, ensure alignment to strategic goals and standards, and effectively manage enabling tools and technology required across the function
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage interactions with critical organizations that supply goods and services, including relationship building, data review and analysis, performance management, and development and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, MBA desirable - Preferred Area of Study: Business, life sciences, or related field
  • Ability to accomplish projects through interpersonal skills, leadership style, and broad operational expertise
  • Strong level of proficiency with core Procurement skills (e.g., supplier management and performance, supply market analysis, Category Management, Procurement Excellence, etc.)
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership experience in managing cross-functional/cross-company projects
  • Demonstrated ability to make difficult decisions in a timely fashion
  • Planning and organizational skills are required
  • Analytical skills required to perform data analyses in support of sourcing strategy
  • Negotiation and relationship management experience required
  • Ability to think strategically to drive end-to-end value
  • Strong business acumen is required
  • Great presentation and communication skills are required
Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is CHF 90,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
