Description
Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Procurement Functional Process led for Direct (S2P) based out of Zug reporting to the Director Digital Procurement and Process Excellence.

**What will you do**
The Senior Manager of Procurement, Business Process Source to Pay Direct will be accountable to supporting the establishment of new and advancement of existing process capabilities, including, but not limited to supplier relationship management, category management, sourcing, source-to-settle, and innovation. Further, the leader will shape and measure performance of the processes, ensuring their maximizing the functions’ ability to deliver against of a balanced value proposition including risk management, innovation, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and procurement process excellence. The Senior Manager of Procurement, Business Process Direct will be responsible for leading functional and cross functional activities to drive improved process and business performance in support of the E2E Process and Kenvue improvement strategies. The leader will work closely with the Procurement Excellence Leadership Team, Shared Services, and engage with functions across Kenvue
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop world class procurement process capabilities for the procurement organization that Kenvue can leverage to create a competitive advantage
- Make the connection of procurement’s functional process agenda with the company strategy and goals
- Develop business cases for functional investment
- Measure performance of the Procurement functional processes, globally
- Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities
- Leadership of a global team to drive employee experience supported by E2E processes
- Leads the overall content governance process and is responsible to drive Category and Regional leadership alignment on content changes and execute content enhancements. Proactively works with Category leads and Kenvue Sourcing leads to ensure internal and external content needs are driven in the governance meeting. Identifies the gaps related to Content quality and new content opportunities and drives gap closure plan with business, regional procurement and EBS Procurement operations.
- Responsible for the seamless integration of a robust external content enablement design as part of the end-to-end Source to Pay process design, specifically ensuring the Sourcing design, processes and integrations are in place
- Lead the development and implementation of E2E processes across the Procurement function while improving the employee and Supplier user experience
- Lead continuous process improvement efforts and partner with EBS and Procurement leaders to ensure compliance with Corporate Services and Global Services Procurement standards
- Promote and support a culture of process improvement, innovation & transformation within Procurement, EBS partners, GS partners and stakeholders
Drive team engagement and develop a strong pipeline of global, diverse leaders within the experience and process team
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred
- 8+ years of working experience in procurement
- 3+ years in managing BPO in similar industry is required
- 2+ years in project management and a strong track record in the delivery of lean process improvement projects is required
- 2+ years of ddemonstrated leadership and deployment of best practices in ESG strategies is preferred
- Strong level of experience and knowledge specific to the supported E2E Process
- Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required
- Experience in identifying and harnessing customer oriented innovative solutions is required
- Ability to influence and understand the diverse needs of stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Global Services) is required
- Travel up to 10% domestic & international may be required
**Desired Qualifications**
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational transformation is preferred
