Innovative Medicine Supply Chain is recruiting for a Senior Manager - Global NPI and Launch Planning Process, to be located in Zug, Switzerland or any other EMEA location; Titusville, NJ or Horsham PA.

The Senior Manager - Global NPI and Launch Planning Process is a member of the Global Planning Excellence (GPEX) organization and will report to the Global Director of Integrated Business Planning, Demand Management and Inventory Management.

The Global Planning Excellence (GPEX) team ensures state of the art processes from a people, process, systems and data perspective, enabling the planners to focus on their key activities. The GPEX team ensures processes are robust, people are well trained and equipped with the proper capabilities, systems are continuously improved, and innovative solutions are implemented to facilitate the work.

**Position Summary**:
The Senior Manager, Global NPI & Launch Planning Process is responsible for developing, deploying and implementing best in class New Product Innovation and Launch planning processes, tools and system integrations for our Plan organization.

This person will lead global process harmonization relating to NPI’s/Launches and all associated steps to ensure 100% On Time Launch, contributing to our business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Senior Manager - Global NPI and Launch Planning Process will focus on improving NPI global planning processes, working in very close collaboration with Planning and Value Chain teams.

This individual will determine NPI planning capability needs and implements people development, process, and technology strategies to support business growth and on time launches.

They will ensure process robustness through clear definition of all relevant launch steps and associated timing (kick-off, code creation, launch readiness )

The individual will measure process success through established and new metrics (On time Launch, process adherence ).

This person will be developing and maintaining training material, and ensuring all collaborators are trained as appropriate.

A good knowledge of Innovative Medicine innovation pipeline to ensure our processes fit the business needs will be critical.

The individual will be responsible to benchmark standard methodologies internal and external to J&J and incorporate as relevant to so that our processes and GPEX organization keep on moving up the maturity curve.

**Key Relationships**:
This position will work closely with various Supply Chain partners including Value Chain and Supply Chain Development Leaders, End-to-end and site planning teams, Global Planning Excellence organization, Affiliates Planning, Demand Management and Clinical Supply Chain.

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Lead large transformation efforts in a complex organization with multiple collaborators and in line with the global supply chain strategy.
- Strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building instincts to build partnerships both internally and externally at all levels. Ensure the customer is at the center of everything we do.
- Ability to develop, guide and influence a broad community of partners in the execution, strategies, and realization of functional and company goals.
- A strong and clear communicator, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms (including presentations to senior management).
- Incorporate an integrated understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain to anticipate cross-functional impacts, interdependencies, and trade-offs.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations or related field is required. Masters and MBA highly preferred.

At least 12 years of related Supply Chain and 5 years of Supply Chain Planning experience is required.

Strong background / experience in Plan processes and systems is required.

Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) is desirable.
