**Senior Manager Global Plan Strategy**

The “Global Plan Strategy” Leader manages the Global Project Portfolio Governance process in collaboration with the Design and Deployment teams and regional stakeholders. This includes a regular review and portfolio prioritization along the project pipeline from ideation until implementation across the dimension cost, benefit, timeline, resources and change impact. He/She implements the framework to ensure compliance in our design, deployment & execution teams with our continuous improvements target setting & achievements. Therefore, he/she also manages the global KPI target setting and review process in collaboration with the regional Supply Chain excellence teams. Furthermore, he/she drives standardization & simplification in processes and leverage the knowledge exchange across the regions. This role works closely together with other ‘excellence’ roles and specialized functional teams on technical set up and developments (e.g. Regional Supply Chain excellence or CSCA). This role reports to the Vice President Global Plan and is a member of the Global Plan Leadership team.

**Key roles**
- Supply Chain E2E Expert, provides solutions, takes ownership of team deliverables
- Drives Plan strategy and masterplan definition and execution
- Define and establish project governance structure for Plan function and maintain systems and processes associated to portfolio management for the projects and regions
- Key contact to Cross functional Excellence teams & Regional Planning
- Change Management & communication
- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with senior level business leaders across functions and regions
- Brings Outside-In view, initiatives from Industry and other Regions
- Understands relationship between process design and business outcomes and drives to business case realization and benefit review.
- Leads, manages and/or support global cross functional strategic planning projects (e.g. OTIF-D/UFR)
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and ensure their buy in and engagement

**Qualifications**
- Education: University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / MBA is preferred
- Experience: 10+ years of Supply Chain area experience with demonstrated knowledge Planning
- Process orientation combined with leadership
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Innovative mindset, project management, change management, global mindset, analytics and problem solving, decision making, compliance orientation, business case development and drive for continuous improvement
- Strong, self-aware & decisive leader
- Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering, stakeholder management and effective communication skills at all levels of the org.
- Able to manage complex financial business plans.
- Strategic planning capability
- Ability to provide direction and leadership in complex and challenging situations.
- Demonstrated change management skills
