**Job Description**:
Mission
Passionately championing brand globally, implementing and maintaining the global brand strategy for Galderma. They work tirelessly and extensively cross functionally and in close collaboration with the global brand team to uphold brand consistency throughout numerous marketing campaigns and different channels.
As part of the Global Neuromodulators brand team, this role will be responsible for building and managing one of the neuromodulator brands. Working closely with the Brand Lead and the brand team, will develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and equity to create value for customers, patients, and business owners in the aesthetic space. They will oversee the development of global plans for the brand in line with the overall Aesthetic strategy and ensuring that the plans are effectively and appropriately implemented.
This position will be also involved in establishing and executing long-term plans and launch plans for new product extensions/developments.
**Responsibilities**:
Global Brand Plans and Tactics:
- Support the development of the Strategic Launch plan and subsequent brand plans
- Ensure pre-marketing and market launch preparations are completed for the brand
- Execution of the core tactics, overseeing and supporting the deployment across markets
- Leverage on insights to develop new core tactics to support evolving the brand in the long term
- Liaise with the cross-functional team to execute on the global brand plans
- Support market expansion to new geographies
- Collaborate very closely with key markets to understand market dynamics/requirements, and develop global solutions that will be implemented at local level
Campaign Development and Execution
- Support the development of the brand identity
- Oversees global implementation of the brand identity
- Work in close collaboration with the cross-functional global launch team including key markets to deliver global launch campaigns
- Develops tools to support a seamless campaign rollout
- Coordinates review and approval of campaigns
- Ensure effective propagation of the identity across all geographies and local specificities in key markets
- After launch, monitor the performance of the campaigns and work with country organizations to address opportunities for improvement
**Requirements**:
- Ability to simplify complexity to drive execution
- Analytical: able to manage a large number of information streams
- Creative: propose innovative solutions
- Excellent organizational, co-ordination and communication skills across teams and organizational functions
- Able to work independently and take ownership and responsibility
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Flexible to promptly respond to business needs
- Good team player with customer-focused mind-set
- Strong project management skills
- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in healthcare (medical aesthetic industry experience highly desirable)
- Deep understanding of brand management with a focus on campaign development, global implementation skills
- Launch experience
- Strong project management skills
- Relevant marketing experience within an international healthcare company in multi country/multi-cultural complex organizational structure
- Knowledge of the Neuromodulation market is a plus
- Solid experience working at the regional and/or global level of brand management, including exposure to US, EMEA and Asia regions desirable
- Flexible to promptly respond to business needs
- Good team player with customer-focused mind-set
- Language: Fluency in English is a must
