**Job Description**:
Based in Zug, Switzerland, this leadership position sits within the marketing team of Galderma Global Aesthetics Business Unit and reports to the Global Head of the Biostimulators Franchise.
What you will be responsible for:
- Define and drive innovation pipeline together with the cross-functional project teams to meet growth objectives based on consumer and healthcare practionner understanding, industry future trends and competitive landscape.
- Design communication strategies and plans to bring to life brands unique value proposition and differentiaton messaging through integrated campaign across all relevant offline and online touchpoint (publications, posters, symposiums, training content, B2B and B2B2C.)
- Lead the development of toolkits for new brand and new product launches according to healthcare practionners and consumers journeys, working with agencies (design, creative, PR )
- Own brands plans and assets vis-à-vis the markets, collaborating very closely to enable successful executions (fit-for-use inputs collection, regular connects, plan deployments)
- Monitor financial and in market performance, identify opportunities and drive corrective actions when and where needed
- Build strong relations and support global KOL development, working closely with the Customer Education Training and the Medical Affair teams
- 8+ years experience in marketing and commercial roles for beauty brands, preferably in aesthetics or skincare, at global and local levels. Experience working with or in the US is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and managing brands, developing and implementing marketing campaign including online and offline, leading innovation projects from inception to implementation.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen - ability to turn insights into strategies that translates into actionable plans to deliver sustainable growth in market.
- Team player collaborating effectively with both internal and external partners across geographies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a can do attitude, agile and flexible, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- English on a business level, other language capabilities will be considered a plus
- Flexibility to travel both domestic and abroad (~30%)
