Job Title: Director, Global Commercial Lead - Immunology & Inflammation

Location: Zug, Switzerland (Hybrid: 3 days in office - 2 days home office)

**Job Description**:
As Director, Global Commercial Lead - Immunology & Inflammation you are accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of the Nemolizumab launch for a specific indication. You are an expert and well-versed in translating scientific insights into commercialization strategies and collaborating effectively on global market dynamics.

You report into the Global Franchise Head Nemolizumab and can drive impactful pre-launch and launch activities in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading global Nemolizumab launch strategy in collaboration with key functions and regions.
- Exploring market potential for indication extensions.
- Determine the insights generation plan to track competitors KPIs, brand performance, awareness, and utilization.
- Supporting global forecasting with key assumptions and overseeing brand development efforts.
- Coordinating local execution, ensuring strategic alignment, across US and Ex-Us markets
- Engages extensively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the commercial viewpoint, fostering cross-functional relationships, and offering technical guidance.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business with master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience or studies.
- Launch experience in novel therapies is required given the approaching launch date of Nemolizumab
- Previous experience working in global positions or experience working across multiple European markets is required, experience working with the US market is a nice to have.
