**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Global Franchise Leader Aesthetics - Toxins, Global Brand Lead will join our expanding team and lead the brand strategy for Dysport

while working closely with markets, agencies, internal and external functions and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop the global long-term brand strategy, lead development of innovation projects, brand and marketing activation for HCP and consumers that feeds into the Global Galderma Aesthetics value proposition
- Liaise with R&D, clinical and medical teams to develop and communicate key claims related to the product, and advantages of Dysport versus its competitors
- Define the global brand essence and key messages for Dysport
- Create and own the global brand book for Dysport
- Deliver a global brand campaigns
- Lead strategy definition, creative agency selection/interface, manage campaign development, ensure appropriate local/regional input, oversee local deployment, update as needed based on real-life experience
- Ensure effective propagation of the Dysport product identity across all geographies and local specificities in key markets: US, EMEA, LATAM, Australia, China, RoW
- Oversee global implementation of Dysport brand identity
- Monitor the performance of the product
- Work with country organisations to address opportunities for improvement
- Maintain acute understanding of market dynamics, customer perspectives, and real-life effectiveness of sales and marketing programmes relating to the product
- Frequently conduct field rides with aesthetic representatives
- Participate in country business reviews

Minimum Requirements
- Strong experience in brand management (10+ years)
- Strong project management skills
- Deep understanding of brand management: Defining the strategy, developing business cases, positioning versus competitors, campaign development, global implementation skills
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to effectively lead diverse teams across the globe
- Ability to provide strategic clarity and precise direction for the brand
- Strong educational background, preferably in a business-related field
- Ideally medical aesthetics or dermatology background OR alternatively prescription pharma/cosmetics/FMCG background with transferable skills demonstrated in shaping the market
- Solid experience working at the regional or global level of brand management, including exposure to US, EMEA and Asia regions
- Analytical mindset and an ability to work on a conceptual level
- Ability to alternate between deep analytics; business cases; fact-based-decision making and actively driving hands-on implementation; providing visible direction, inspiration and leadership
- Fluency in English
