Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for** **a **Pharm TranSCend Process & Eco-System Leader **(M/F/n)

The **Pharm TranSCend Process & Eco-System** Leader will establish and drive the governing body that brings together all the business process and product owners (BPOs) to ensure cross functional awareness and alignment on global end-to-end process design, technology standards and portfolio alignment across the full Transcend eco-system and dependent products.
- Drive cross process / functional alignment on end-to-end global process and technology standards and design across the full Transcend eco-system of products
- Align portfolio of work across all dependent products and systems
- Manage key cross-product dependencies
- Set and enable program policies and standards
- Provide insights and approval on key decisions
- Approve process and technology design changes
- Partner with BPOs and Product Owners to understand and address the "Big Rocks" and cross-functional integration needs
- Drive overall requirements gathering for Transcend Eco-system, ensuring requirements are tracked against program KPIs (fit/gap metrics)
- Facilitate and drive cross-functional, cross-product discussions to ensure cross-functional design issues are resolved
- Ensure key decisions are appropriately documented in KDDs
- Coordinate with other sector TranSCend integration team leads as necessary to share and leverage best practices
- Plan and conduct workshops for cross Eco-system topic

**Qualifications** Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and their associated integration points is preferred
- Ability to effectively understand & capture business requirements
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must have ability to convey complex information in a clear way and tailor communications to different audiences (e.g., senior management, tech partners, etc)
- Solid relationship-building and team collaboration skills are required. Strong influencing skills and experience working in a global environment with people from different cultures and geographies are preferred
- Must be a quick learner and demonstrate clear bias for action and a sense of urgency
- Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple activities is required
- Strong experience with MS Excel and reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical infrastructure and global landscape is preferred.

**Required Minimum Education**:

- B.A/B.S degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering Supply chain or another related field.

**Required Years of Related Experience**
- A minimum of 10 years of related technology and/or supply chain experience is required.
