**What You Will Do**

The Global Vogue Planner is responsible to support daily interactions with external suppliers, facilitating communication, feedback and resolution of operational issues associated with the order management process. In this role, the job holder is the interface between the Global Vogue Plan Team in Switzerland, the supply sites and the regional planning teams with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations. This position works cross functionally with Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing, Transportation, Project Management, and Finance to co-ordinate these activities. The Global Vogue Planner is responsible to ensure compliance of all the shipments in and outside US, under direction of the Global Supply Planning Manager. He/She has to ensure a flawless, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key stakeholders across Kenvue. In addition, the Vogue Plan Lead constantly seeks for process improvements opportunities, joins SC projects and supports the Vogue global supply chain in continuous market expansion and new product development and introductions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact to our supply points, ensure its flawless operation through weekly and monthly operational reviews.
- Be aware of, understand, identify, communicate and escalate timely to regional supply planners any supply constraint, to minimize the total business impact.
- Coordinate and execute weekly Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) calls with external suppliers
- Actively participate in the relevant S&OP/RCCP process steps
- Set and administer the PLAN master data, reviewing lead-times and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) with key stakeholders and always ensure their integrity and correctness
- Execute the PLAN part of supply constraints within the Rapid Response Team (RRT)
- Provide PLAN support to SC projects such as:

- Execution of relevant master data set ups to support LCM and network activities (i.e. production location transfers, reformulation of products etc.).
- Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) & Product Changeovers to ensure on time supply availability for launch while maintaining optimal inventory.
- Constantly strive to understand, communicate or identify improvement initiatives in own portfolio of products and suppliers in an end to end mindset.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

**Education**:

- A Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. A degree focused in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Demand or Supply) and ideally in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics.
- Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG Sector preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.
- Able to prioritize within a complex and dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decision making.
- A positive minded Team player that is able to positively influence the organization and inspire others.
- A dynamic and self-driven personality, willing to go the extra mile even in periods of high workload.
- Very good working knowledge in SAP R/3, SAP APO and SNC.
- Experienced user of MS Office, especially strong Excel capabilities are required.
- Fluent level of written and spoken English. Additional language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure.
- Strong, proven organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle multiple priorities successfully.
