Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. (GSCF) is the world’s leading financial servicing provider in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) sector with 30 years of experience in structuring, implementing, and servicing receivables and payables-based programs. GSCF offers innovative SCF solutions to leading banks, non-bank investors, large suppliers, and their buyers through its in-house developed platform.

To support our Credit Operations team and the growth of the business we are looking for a highly dynamic and motivated:
Financial Operations Manager

Tasks

In a young and very multicultural team, you will get the opportunity to be responsible for the diligent management of the assigned SCF program/s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risk reporting.
- Monitor the program data, reports and processes
- Ensure the smooth operation of the program
- Handling daily operational activities including customers’ queries
- Maintain and develop relationships with business partners
- Train customers on program and system usage
- User acceptance test on new features of the in-house developed program software
- Identify and evaluate customers’ and/or internal requirements before presenting them to Programs Structuring

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Banking & Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar field and role
- Excellent command of English (written and oral), every other language is an

advantage
- Proficient Microsoft Office tools skills
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are a bonus
- Accurate, efficient, solution-oriented, autonomous and have customer-oriented working methods
- Team player and willing to take ownership for work and growth
- Open-minded, reliable, communicative, resilient, flexible, quick perception and cross-linked thinking
- Strong desire to improve processes
