**Job Description**:
- Lead all interactions with suppliers (CMO, CDMO, Licence partners etc.) through account plans, targets, and projects to maximize partnership and value creation between the parties. Ensure a systematic, enterprise-wide assessment of supplier assets and capabilities to cover the needs in line with the Galderma Operations strategy. You will report to the Global Head of Manufacturing Strategy & Projects._
- Guide a cross-functional Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) to ensure complete product and process oversight, drive performance improvements in all functional areas (quality, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing science & technology and life cycle management)._
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams and joint management teams for development programs and/or commercial products at CDMOs throughout life cycle phases.
- Manage operational activities at CDMOs, ensuring product development, routine supply, and clinical supply align with production and QC activities.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain tailored development and manufacturing solutions globally to enhance patient access to medicines in alignment with product strategy teams.
- Establish and lead cross-functional/international project and governance teams, collaborating with various functions both internally and externally.
- Participate in projects related to manufacturing operations, including technology transfers, process improvements, validation activities, and regulatory submissions.
- Provide support to internal Virtual Management Teams and align production scheduling with internal supply planning, actively resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing external contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) for biological Drug Substances. Ideally can bring Sterile, Aseptic knowledge in a production environment within a regional or international scope.
- Strong expertise in external manufacturing operations, including relationship management with CDMOs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various functions in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, technology transfers, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
