Senior Marketing Director for AT/CEE Region

Your Mission
  • Lead the marketing strategy for our AT/CEE region, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with the global brand marketing team to drive international marketing planning processes.
  • Participate in management meetings to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Standardize omnichannel planning processes and procurement across the region.
  • Develop and provide guidelines for a uniform brand presence, including a format toolbox.
  • Establish process structures for events, social media, POS, graphics, and openings.
  • Manage country-specific marketing adaptations and developments for high-potential or new entry markets.
  • Oversee country-specific marketing sub-agencies.

  • Comprehensive marketing expertise with omni-channel experience.
  • Cross-functional management skills.
  • High travel frequency for local market proximity in DE, AT, and CEE.
  • Interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in leading intercultural and international teams or project organizations.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate internal and external project teams.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and German.
