Senior Marketing Director Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing team in crafting innovative strategies, establishing a distinctive brand identity and tone across all channels and geographies.

This esteemed role offers the opportunity to develop a strategic vision driving growth and revenue, supporting the marketing team in executing data-driven campaigns that strengthen the brand globally.

About the Position:
  • Cultivate a forward-thinking approach to drive business expansion and revenue growth, collaborating with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns that enhance the brand's global presence.
  • Identify novel opportunities for growth and proactively address industry challenges to ensure continued success.
  • Promote a collaborative partnership mentality where the marketing team can function as effective consultants to partner properties and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted brand ambassador at industry events, sharing thought leadership with media, clients, and partners to reinforce the company's reputation.
  • Work closely with Communications Consultants and PR agencies to oversee PR initiatives and media relations, fostering high-impact relationships with key outlets and influencers.
  • Ensure agency partners and suppliers deliver maximum ROI through defined scopes of work.
  • Lead a cross-functional team focused on best-in-class marketing, analytics, and technology, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Foster a team environment that champions growth, encouraging personal and career development while maintaining an internal and external talent pipeline.
  • Guide digital and content marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in storytelling and maximizing impact across channels.
  • Maintain alignment between marketing team activities and specific performance objectives, measuring effectiveness accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in luxury, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
  • Ability and experience working in a small, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and proficiency in brand storytelling.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships, agency relationships, and driving ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, innovative approach to team leadership.
  • Business fluency in English; further language skills advantageous.
Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience.
