We are seeking an experienced and visionary CFO to join our Swiss-based SME, with a global footprint spanning 5 countries.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial expertise, international leadership skills, and the ability to shape strategic financial decisions that drive growth and impact.

About the Role:
  • As CFO, you will lead our finance team, develop and implement financial strategies, and contribute to the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's vision.
  • You will be responsible for financial reporting, risk management, and compliance, as well as overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Your expertise in tax planning, transfer pricing, and treasury will be instrumental in maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
About You:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, with additional training in Finance, Accounting, or a similar area.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of international experience in a similar role, with proven leadership skills and a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present on executive level.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SAGE, and IBM Cognos is an advantage, as is experience with industrial production processes and procurement.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS tools, with excellent verbal and written English language skills.
