Job Title: Strategic Financial Manager for Pharmaceutical Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Treasury and Investor Relations Manager to join our client, a leading global player in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk while serving as the primary contact for investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Management: Oversee daily treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, debt management, and liquidity optimization to support the company's financial stability.
  • Investor Relations: Act as the primary liaison for investors, handling inquiries, and communicating key financial and strategic updates to strengthen investor relationships.
  • Risk Management: Implement and monitor policies to manage financial risks, including those associated with foreign exchange and interest rates.
  • Capital Structure Optimization: Work closely with senior management to ensure an effective capital structure and advise on market trends and investor sentiment.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and access to capital.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reporting requirements are met in accordance with the Oslo Stock Exchange and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in treasury management with experience in investor relations, especially in companies with public debt.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments, exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in German or another language is advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bond compliance and financial reporting standards.
