We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for implementing business processes and applications, ensuring holistic solution delivery, and driving continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and optimize procurement operations
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and spend data to inform procurement decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts and agreements that meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Pharma or Medical Device industry
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings through procurement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems, such as GEP SMART and SAP MM

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
