National Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager to join our team in Zug, Switzerland. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth in the mass market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for allocated customer portfolio
- Analyze market trends and develop plans to capitalize on customer potential in line with Kenvue's strategy
- Foster exponential growth through E-Com & New Business initiatives, identifying and integrating new customers
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for allocated customer portfolio, delivering against quarterly customer targets, and optimizing trade spends to drive top-line and bottom-line growth
- Lead annual negotiations and plan customer budgets for national key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Activation, Supply Chain, and Controlling, to ensure holistic customer support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Average of 3 years of professional experience, preferably 1 year in Key Account Management
- Goal-oriented approach, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and willingness to take personal responsibility
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PPT
- Fluent in German and English
- Driving license (B)
Estimated Salary: CHF 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience
