Brand Account Manager Oncology West Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Account Manager to join our Oncology team in the Western region of Switzerland. As a key member of our In-Field Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our new AbbVie Oncology Brand in the Western, French, and German-speaking parts of the country.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Selling and Relationship: Achieve and exceed sales and units targets in the assigned territory, proactively identifying and serving customer needs in a win-win approach.
- Market Knowledge Development & Network: Develop and maintain in-depth disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence expertise, fostering a network within the community to grow existing accounts and open new ones.
- Territory Management: Analyze sales reports and field intelligence, accurately identifying customer position on the sales cycle, and effectively targeting and tracking resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Primary degree in science, nursing, or healthcare.
- Fluent French, German, and English.
- Preferred +3 years of experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Network in gynecologic oncology or solid tumors.
- High customer orientation, in-depth market, product, therapeutic, competitive, and scientific knowledge.
- Proficiency in business tools, such as ETMS, Microsoft Office, and experience in cross-functional collaboration and omnichannel communication.
