We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our innovative identity verification solutions across various industries, including fintech, banking, and law enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert high-value opportunities to expand our client base and exceed growth targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients in sectors like fintech, banking, and law enforcement.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities for business development.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal presentation to negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and provide seamless service.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and credibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within SaaS, compliance, RegTech, or identity verification industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth for both existing and new products across established and emerging markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build relations with customers.
  • Familiarity with sales-related software.
  • Higher education in a relevant field, with fluent English and business-level German.
