We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Developer to join our Business Applications Analysis Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic solutions development and analysis.



Job Description


The Strategic Business Solutions Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions that align with our company's strategic objectives. This will involve gathering business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing data, and designing and implementing effective solutions.



Responsibilities



  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze business needs and develop strategic solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and implement business solutions using technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support new initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business solutions development.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business solutions development, analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
