About the Role

HITACHI ENERGY LTD is seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in our target markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal is required.
