Travel Retail Sales and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing SENSAI's sales business in the EMEA region. This includes:

  • Driving sales growth through negotiations with Travel Retailers
  • Managing and motivating SENSAI advisors to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and capitalize on success lines
  • Managing monthly sell-in forecasts and tracking P&L

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Travel Retail as an Area Sales Manager or Key Account Manager with luxury goods (ideally cosmetics)
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong empathy and ability to work in an international team
  • Good knowledge of European TR environment and main TR operators
  • Business skills, including MS Office 365 and SAP
