We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team at Upscale Interiors AG.
As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Support the development of our digital funnels and business analytics to optimize sales performance
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the home and living industry or related creative field
- Strong customer focus and ability to maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
