About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team at Upscale Interiors AG.

As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Support the development of our digital funnels and business analytics to optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the home and living industry or related creative field
  • Strong customer focus and ability to maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
