Business Development and Sales Coordinator

Bureau Veritas Group is a global leader in verification, assessment, and risk analysis in Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety, and Social Accountability. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:- Acquire new clients within our target segments, promoting our certification solutions and achieving set sales targets.
- Coordinate and schedule sales-related meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Gather and analyze sales data to provide reports and insights to our Business Unit Manager.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with the certification industry is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently in German and English (French is a plus).
