- Making detailed arrangements with clients for smaller events
- Handling everything from request to proposal preparation and price negotiation, as well as contract creation and final invoice control
- Commitment to additional sales of meetings and conferences
- Experience in a similar position in the high-end hospitality or luxurious field
- Organizational talent with a high level of comprehension
- Open-minded character with good communication skills, diligence, and commitment
- Well-mannered and communication skills towards guests, customers, colleagues, and superiors; always considering intercultural aspects
- Good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
