Company Overview

Our hotel boasts 80 guest rooms and suites, as well as three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lobby lounge. Our newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom, make us an ideal choice for meetings and events.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Sales and Events Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' meetings and events run smoothly. This includes coordinating internal teams, making detailed arrangements with clients, handling everything from request to proposal preparation and price negotiation, and creating contracts. Additionally, you will be committed to additional sales of meetings and conferences.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 60,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position in the high-end hospitality or luxurious field
  • Organizational talent with a high level of comprehension
  • Open-minded character with good communication skills, diligence, and commitment
  • Well-mannered and communication skills towards guests, customers, colleagues, and superiors; always considering intercultural aspects
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
